Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies ✅ Booking Policy Lessons must be booked at least 12 hours in advance through our official booking system. You can book up to 60 days in advance depending on tutor availability. Booking confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after scheduling. If you are purchasing a lesson package, lesson credits must be used before their expiration (see Terms & Conditions). Note: For last-minute bookings (within 12 hours), please contact us directly—we may be able to accommodate depending on availability. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 1 hour before your scheduled time using the booking platform. Cancellations or reschedules within 1 hour will be considered a late cancellation and the lesson will be marked as completed (non-refundable and non-transferable). In the event of an emergency, please contact us—we understand that unexpected things happen and will review such cases fairly. ⏳ Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late to your lesson, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and is non-refundable.
